All Seasons Complete Pest Control Plan

Year-Round Protection Plan:

Are you tired of unsightly cobwebs or bugs in and around your home? We offer a seasonally tailored All Season Home Pest Protection Plan. All visits are season-specific inspections and treatments for your home. The three quarterly service visits will focus on the exterior of your home, where the pest activity starts. The winter quarterly service visit will concentrate on the interior of your home to eliminate any pests that have made their way into your home during the fall season. Any service request between visits will be included at no charge. Our All Season Home Pest Protection Plan will take care of all your pest control needs year-round.

Initial Treatment:

With our All Season Home Pest Protection Plan, we will begin with an initial intensive treatment. This includes both an interior treatment to flush out unwanted pests and an exterior treatment to create a barrier against pests entering the home.

Seasonal Maintenance:

Following the initial treatment, we will return once every season to reinforce your home’s exterior perimeters and barriers against any pest pressure to make sure you will not have any infestations down the road. With each change of season, your home will be exposed to different pests, from spiders to ants to mice. With every season, our pest control program will ensure you don’t have any unwanted house guests.

Bed Bug Guarantee Plan:

We will inspect bedrooms on the quarterly service visits. If at any time there is bed bug activity in your home, we will treat at no additional charge.

Requirements for bed bug guarantee:

• No bed bug activity is found during the first initial treatment.
• All box-springs in the home must have a bed bug proof encasement installed.

Termite Guarantee Plan:

We will inspect your home on a yearly basis. If at any time termite activity is found we will treat at no additional charge.

Requirements for the termite guarantee:

• No termite activity is found during the first initial treatment.

Mosquito Guarantee Plan:

Our Mosquito Reduction Plan will let you enjoy your yard again. We will provide three treatments during the summer season. We will treat your yard with our mosquito fogging system in June, July and August. Any additional treatments will be offered at a discounted price.
