Chicago's Safe and Effective Eco-Friendly Pest Control

Xavier was very detailed in explaining the issue we had and how to resolve it. He also suggested ways on how to avoid that again in the future. He seemed very knowledgeable and updated us often on what he does, why and what we should expect. We were really happy with the service! By the way, about 2 weeks ago, we had called another pest control company, and the technician from that company seemed really bored to do anything and we continued to have the problem we had initially. Xavier was exactly the opposite, very friendly and eager to help!

Very thorough and nice technician. We called the day before for an appointment and we were very lucky to be assigned Cameron- I wish I could give him ten stars. He was extremely knowledgeable and not judgmental at all. We were able to rest assured that the job was done very well. He has over 10 years of experience and was able to give us a lot of insight and tips on what to do to prevent pests. The comprehensive plan was definitely worth the price. I am very glad we used this company.

I had a bed bug sighting in my apartment over the summer, and my apartment complex put me in contact with Eco Tech. I had been going crazy reading online horror stories of how bad these infestations can be. However, my technician, Rafael, was very kind and reassuring of the effectiveness of their treatment; he was quick, thorough, and professional, walking me through the steps he planned on doing. He also was easy to reach afterwards over text whenever we had questions. For as much of a pain as bed bugs are, they made it very manageable, and I have not seen a bed bug or signs since (fingers crossed). Thanks, Rafael!

I had a giant hornets nest on my house. I called, they were very friendly and informative on the phone. Kris came out the next day and he explained exactly what he was going to do, patiently answered all of my questions, and took care of it. Great experience from start to finish.
