Chicago's Safe and Effective Eco-Friendly Pest Control

EcoTech Pest control has been a fantastic vendor for our 19-unit condo building. Our account rep Brent always answers email questions promptly and was very easy to work with during our contract signing. Our monthly tech Adrian is fantastic and Rafael E did a wonderful job installing door sweeps to our front doors to reduce pests. I can recognize when someone takes pride in their work and cares about doing the job right. The technicians are very considerate, personable and do a great job!

Kevin was exceptional! Amazing experience. Had a recently discovered mice problem and needed immediate service. Called ecotech and they got me an appointment the same day. Kevin did a thorough inspection of our home, addressed all our concerns and put all our worries at ease. And he was so kind and personable!! Highly recommend!

Poor Service, Unreasonable Business Practices, and Terrible Customer Service I paid $300 for a service that consisted of approximately five minutes of spraying. Instead of resolving the bug problem, I actually experienced even more bugs afterward. I contacted the company and asked them to come back and properly address the issue. I was willing to pay for their services, but I expected them to stand behind their work and correct the problem. Instead, they demanded full payment upfront before they would even return to address the issue. Why would I pay the full amount for a job that has not been done properly? That is not happening. Rather than working with me to resolve the problem, they sent the disputed charge to collections. This is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, demonstrates a complete lack of customer service and accountability. My experience: $300 charged, approximately five minutes of work, more bugs afterward, and no reasonable attempt to resolve the issue before escalating it to collections. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I strongly encourage potential customers to consider other providers and carefully research their options before spending their money here.
