    A major shout out to Eco Tech Pest Control for hiring the most wonderful technician, Terry G. Jr. There just aren't enough superlatives to share how incredible Terry was.... but I'll try. : )Terry was the most friendly service person we've ever come across. His knowledge to help solve our pest problem was described simply to us. And in the end, we know (because of Terry), we no longer will have little ants to deal with in our home. We are SO glad that we found Eco Tech Pest Control to solve our pest issue in a safe, non toxic way. What a great experience!!

    Eco Tech has served both my home and business. Before them, I had multiple pest control companies out and needless to say, Eco Tech was simply the best. They went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I never felt I was being taken advantage of by them, which was the case with many other companies.10/10. Slobo and his team are carful, communicative and effective.

    Eco Tech Pest Control arrived at my condo unit.Peter C. and Jordan were very professional and when looking for my possible bedbug infestation.I was impressed how thorough they search in every room in my place. The mattresses, the floorboards, and turning over the furniture just to make sure every area was inspected.If I happen to have a future bedbug problem.I would definitely use their service again.( Eco Tech Pest Control )Thank youCedrick

    WOW! This company is amazing!From my initial phone conversation with SAMANTHA to schedule my appointment and then the technician PAUL who came to my home, I can't say enough good things.I actually felt like they cared about my problem.The customer service goes above and beyond.Paul notified me that he was on his way to my home and arrived shortly thereafter. He was polite, pleasant, very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. On top of that, he was very respectful of my home, covering his shoes before entering and cleaning up after himself .Samantha also was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful setting up the appointment and helped with my questions.Nobody wants to deal with rodents of any kind but if you need some help I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ECO.Thank you Samantha and Paul for your help and wonderful customer service

    Manny came to do a nice inspection for our apartment . He was there early and very pleasant to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Extremely helpful! The service was friendly, fast and the company so easy to work with. If I ever have issues in the future, I will use this company and ask for Manny to be my technician. Excellent service!

    Matt was very polite, diligent, and precise about the job. He would explain each process that he was about to do before doing it, and he informed me about everything without being condescending. Matt was also very thorough and listened to any concerns I expressed during his visit. I’ve had a previous exterminator company treat my apartment, yet they were not as personable and respectful as Matt.

    Matt was extremely nice and professional about his work. Explained everything for each insect or mice what needs to be done or bought to get rid of them. Excellent customer service! We need more people like him! Keep up the great service!

    Had an surprise visit by this company today because my landlord forgot to tell us that they were coming today. However unlike the other uninvited guests that are currently in our building, they were very awesome!Michael C. was our exterminator and he was super friendly and did his best to do everything that needed to be done quickly and without being overly intrusive. He even went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service he provided. Ideally I'd rather not have him come back, because that would mean the problem was solved, but alas pests don't give up that easy!That being said, if you get Michael C as your exterminator, you'll be sure to get great service just like we did!

    Raphael came out for service to my condo because I stayed in a hotel that I’m pretty sure had bedbugs and was worried that I’d brought them home with me. I originally assumed I needed to do a full treatment, but Raphael started with an inspection first, listened to my whole saga, and talked me through what he was looking for. We ended up not seeing any signs of bugs, so he was great about talking through my options and ultimately we decided to hold off on full treatment. Raphael did a wonderful job of talking me through what to keep looking out for, how I can best protect myself when traveling going forward, and in general helping led me feel much more calm about what for me is a nightmare situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation- he’s not only good at his work, he’s great at helping put you at ease, and that peace of mind is priceless!

    This is the 3rd time we’ve had our home serviced in the past 4 months of moving in. We appreciate the responsiveness and customer service. We have had the pleasure of working with David and Matt for our services whom are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are patient and thorough with all our questions. They take the time to provide detailed explanations of what and why they choose a product. We have 2 year old twins and appreciate the ‘eco friendly’ products this company uses. Matt provided some tips and tricks that he uses in his own home. We really appreciate the sincerity and generosity. It was like chatting with a good friend!
